# ASSET HIRE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Date: 15 August 2029

Parties: Crownline Asset Finance Ltd and Greenford Couriers Ltd

## 1. Parties and purpose

Crownline Asset Finance Ltd (Company No. 10122480) hires a 2029 Iveco Daily 35C van, registration GF29 LNX and VIN recorded in Schedule 1, to Greenford Couriers Ltd (Company No. 13781220). The cash price is £32,000 plus VAT; the supplier is West County Commercial Vehicles Ltd.

## 2. Scope, price and subject

Greenford pays a £6,400 initial deposit, then 47 monthly rentals of £620 plus VAT and a final balloon of £4,000 plus VAT, followed by a £100 plus VAT option fee. Title remains with Crownline until all rentals, balloon, option fee and other sums are paid and Greenford exercises the option.

## 3. Operating duties

The representative APR is 8.2%; the total payable is shown in the pre-contract information and may differ if tax or lawful charges change. Greenford must use the van only for lawful courier work, keep it in England and Wales unless Crownline consents, and not sell, pledge, materially modify or sub-hire it.

## 4. Compliance, records and controls

Greenford insures the van comprehensively with Crownline noted as owner and loss payee, maintains it to the manufacturer schedule, keeps records, pays road tax and fines, and permits reasonable inspection. Crownline remains responsible for title and must pass through any supplier warranty it can enforce.

## 5. Term, ending and remedies

Two missed rentals, uninsured use, insolvency or unauthorised disposal is a default. Crownline gives the contractual and any mandatory statutory notice and a reasonable cure opportunity. It will not repossess unlawfully; where Consumer Credit Act 1974 protections apply, prescribed terms, court-order thresholds and debtor rights prevail.

## 6. Liability and reservations

Greenford may request an early settlement quote and may have a statutory voluntary-termination right only if the agreement is a regulated CCA agreement and the applicable half-sum conditions are met. A company hire is not automatically consumer credit; the parties must check FCA authorisation and CCA status rather than assume the example supplies regulated disclosures.

## 7. Governing law and signatures

English law governs and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Crownline’s director Faisal Rahman and Greenford’s director Chloe Evans sign on 15 August 2029. Delivery, registration, VAT invoices and any separate personal guarantee are recorded separately; no title passes merely on delivery.
