# BUSINESS CREDIT APPLICATION

Date: 6 February 2034

Parties: Mereford Industrial Supplies Limited and Oakline Robotics Limited

## 1. Purpose and parties

Oakline Robotics Limited (company number 11840271), trading as Oakline Automation, applies to Mereford Industrial Supplies Limited for a trade-credit account. Oakline's registered office is 19 Calder Road, Sheffield S9 4WT, and its trading address is Unit 7, Forge Park, Rotherham S60 1DL. It was incorporated on 14 March 2019, designs warehouse robots, and had approximate turnover of £2,400,000 for the year ended 31 December 2033.

## 2. Facts, scope and terms

Oakline requests a GBP credit limit of £48,000 for motors, sensors and replacement components, with payment 30 calendar days from each invoice date. Expected monthly purchases are £12,000 to £18,000. The requested limit is not a promise that Mereford will supply goods, and each order remains subject to stock, the agreed credit terms and any limit Mereford confirms in writing. Oakline asks for no early-payment discount and offers a direct-debit mandate if required. The account is intended for business purchases only, not consumer credit.

## 3. Process and responsibilities

The directors state that Oakline has net assets of £610,000 at 31 December 2033, no county court judgment, and existing facilities consisting of a £90,000 bank overdraft with Northmere Bank plc and £35,000 of other trade credit. Its issued share capital is 100,000 ordinary shares; director Sofia Bennett owns 60,000 and director Daniel Wu owns 40,000. No parent company or personal guarantee is offered, and the directors will notify Mereford of any material change before further orders.

## 4. Evidence, records and safeguards

Oakline authorises Mereford to obtain a Companies House search and proportionate business credit information from Experian and Dun & Bradstreet, and to contact the references for credit assessment only. The bank reference is Northmere Bank plc, sort code 40-16-22, account ending 7841, Sheffield Central branch. Trade reference one is Calder Packaging Limited, contact Imran Shah, account held since April 2021; trade reference two is Vector Fasteners Limited, contact Emily Ross, account held since September 2022.

## 5. Review, escalation and outcome

Sofia Bennett, Finance Director, confirms that the information is complete and accurate to the best of Oakline's knowledge on 6 February 2034. She supplies the VAT number GB 287 4412 06 and confirms that no director has an undisclosed personal interest in Mereford. Oakline consents to Mereford verifying names, addresses, trading history, payment performance and public filings, but not to marketing unrelated products using the application data.

## 6. Reservations and practical protections

Mereford may approve £48,000, approve a different limit or decline after assessment; it will communicate the decision to Sofia Bennett at sofia.bennett@oakline-robotics.co.uk. If Mereford accepts the account and Oakline receives an invoice dated Monday 20 February 2034, 30 calendar days expire on Wednesday 22 March 2034, so payment is due that day unless the written terms expressly provide a different rule. Oakline will dispute an invoice in writing within seven days but will pay any undisputed balance on time. A credit approval can be withdrawn for future orders but does not cancel an accepted order.

## 7. England and Wales law and completion

This completed fictional application is signed by Sofia Bennett for Oakline on 6 February 2034. It is an application and declaration, not a concluded supply contract or guarantee; Mereford's written acceptance and credit terms will govern any account. Data will be retained for six years after the last transaction unless a legal hold requires longer. The application and any resulting account are governed by England and Wales law, and Oakline confirms authority under its articles.
