Northstar Catering Ltd, company number 09876543, gives this notice on 1 February 2034. From that date its registered name is Northstar Events Catering Ltd, following Companies House registration on 29 January 2034. The change does not itself change a food licence or create a new trading location.

Personal data in customer and supplier records will continue to be used for contract administration and legal accounting duties under UK GDPR. Please send a correction or privacy question to the Data Lead at the registered office; do not include card numbers or identity documents in ordinary email.

This completed fictional notice is governed by England and Wales law. It is evidence of a registered name change, not a variation of contractual terms.
