# CAPABILITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN

Date: 3 June 2038

Parties: Employer: Northbridge Analytics Ltd, 6 Market Street, Leeds LS1 5AB, represented by manager Sophie Bell. Employee: Daniel Okafor, Senior Analyst, same workplace. Companion: Priya Nair, colleague.

## 1. Purpose and concerns

The purpose is to clarify the expected standard, identify support and give Daniel a fair opportunity to improve. The concerns are three reports delivered after agreed dates between 10 March and 17 May 2038, with two containing missing source citations; the company has not reached a final conclusion about capability or misconduct.

## 2. Objectives and evidence

By 12 August, Daniel should submit each assigned report by the agreed date, use the approved template, and include a source list checked against the data room. Sophie will record submission times and review the source checklist; the target is four consecutive reports meeting these measures, subject to agreed changes in scope.

## 3. Support and adjustments

Sophie will confirm priorities every Monday, provide the template on 3 June, and arrange coaching with Priya on 10 and 24 June. Daniel may raise workload, health or disability-related barriers; the employer will consider reasonable adjustments and obtain consent before seeking medical information. This plan does not decide leave or adjustment eligibility.

## 4. Meetings and review

Weekly meetings occur on 10, 17 and 24 June and 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 July, then 5 and 12 August. Daniel may comment on each record and bring a companion where the applicable policy permits. The formal review is 14 August; objectives may be revised if evidence or business priorities materially change.

## 5. Possible outcomes and signatures

The review may close the plan, extend it with reasons, or lead to further action under the capability procedure; no outcome is predetermined and dismissal or a tribunal result is not assumed. Daniel may appeal or raise concerns under the current policy. Sophie Bell, Daniel Okafor and Priya Nair signed to confirm discussion, not agreement, on 3 June 2038; current law and policy should be checked.
