# CLUB MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Parties: Riverside Rowing Club and Daniel Hughes
## 1. Parties and purpose
Riverside Rowing Club of Boathouse Lane, Worcester WR1 3AA (the Club) admits Daniel Hughes of 9 Severn View, Worcester WR2 4LP as a full adult member for the membership year ending 31 March 2030, following his signed application and committee approval.
## 2. Money and rights
Daniel may use the Club's erg room, changing rooms and supervised river sessions, subject to booking limits, safety assessments and the Club's constitution. He has one vote at a general meeting and may stand for election if the constitution permits.
## 3. Duties and operation
The annual subscription is £420, payable by 1 May 2029. A £35 joining levy is payable once. Fees are not refundable for unused sessions, but the Committee may approve a proportionate credit for a documented medical absence.
## 4. Consent and management
Daniel must follow the constitution, water-safety rules, British Rowing safeguarding guidance adopted by the Club and the code of conduct. He must report accidents, treat members and volunteers respectfully, and must not bring the Club into disrepute.
## 5. Ending and remedies
For alleged misconduct, the Committee will give written particulars, a reasonable opportunity to respond and, where appropriate, a hearing before deciding on warning, suspension or termination. Daniel may appeal to the Club's appeal panel within 14 days.
## 6. Legal reservations
The Club will process Daniel's contact, membership, attendance and emergency information for administration, safety and safeguarding. Access is limited to those who need it, retention follows the Club's privacy notice, and nothing removes rights under UK GDPR.
## 7. Signatures
Daniel may resign by written notice to the Club Secretary, but unpaid fees remain due. The Club may amend rules by proper committee or general-meeting resolution and will give reasonable notice. England and Wales law applies; both sides sign below.
