# WEBSITE COOKIE POLICY

Harbour & Finch Limited (Company No. 14117720), 55 Cornmarket Street, Oxford OX1 3HA, operates harbourfinch.co.uk and this policy explains its use of cookies and similar technologies. It should be read with the privacy notice.
## 2. Scope and definitions
Strictly necessary cookies include hf_session, which expires when the browser closes and maintains login security; hf_csrf, which expires at session end and prevents request forgery; and hf_consent, which lasts 12 months and stores cookie choices. They are used without consent where PECR permits.
## 3. Information collected
With consent, Plausible Analytics stores an anonymous session identifier for 30 days to measure pages and errors. We do not use analytics to make decisions about individuals, and the service provider receives limited technical data under a written arrangement.
## 4. Consent and controls
Marketing cookies are off by default. If a visitor opts in, the site may load LinkedIn Insight Tag for campaign measurement for up to 30 days; it is not loaded on checkout pages. The banner records a granular choice rather than bundling marketing with necessary cookies.
## 5. Retention and security
Visitors can accept, reject or change optional cookies through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, but optional scripts are blocked on the next page load and consent records are retained for 12 months.
## 6. Rights and enquiries
Cookie identifiers and preference records are retained only for the stated period, access is restricted, and any international transfer is assessed under UK GDPR Chapter V. The policy does not replace information about other personal data or statutory rights.
