## 1. Important status
To Naomi Green, tenant of 11 Cedar Walk, London SE15 3QH: this completed information notice records the tenancy deposit information supplied on 9 January 2029. It is not a substitute for the scheme's own certificate, prescribed information or any current statutory form.
## 2. Parties and property
The tenancy began 1 January 2029. The deposit is £1,650, equal to five weeks' rent of £330 per week, paid by Naomi on 20 December 2028. The landlord is Hearthstone Living Limited, 14 Briar Road, London SE1 2AA.
## 3. Notice or proposal
