# EVENT SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

Date: 21 June 2035

Parties: Northbank Arts Trust and Solstice Mobility Ltd

## 1. Purpose and parties

This event sponsorship agreement is made on 21 June 2035 between Northbank Arts Trust, charity number 1194026, of 7 Riverside Square, Newcastle NE1 4AB, and Solstice Mobility Ltd, company number 15420863, of 11 Foundry Street, Gateshead NE8 3RJ. It concerns the Northbank Light Festival on 14 September 2035.

## 2. Facts, scope and terms

Solstice will pay £30,000 plus VAT in two instalments of £15,000 on 1 July and 1 September 2035. In return, the Trust grants a non-exclusive right to be named Principal Mobility Partner and to display approved marks in the festival programme, website and two on-site locations, subject to brand guidelines and written approval.

## 3. Process and responsibilities

The Trust controls artistic content and event operations. Solstice may supply one information stand and one demonstration vehicle only after risk assessment and venue approval; it will not make unsubstantiated environmental, safety or performance claims. Consumer-facing marketing must identify the sponsorship clearly and comply with applicable advertising and consumer law.

## 4. Evidence, records and safeguards

The Trust will use reasonable care in planning, maintain appropriate event insurance and obtain permissions within its control. Solstice is responsible for its staff, contractors, vehicle, demonstrations and product statements, and will provide risk assessments and evidence of insurance. Neither party promises a particular attendance, sales level or media result.

## 5. Review, escalation and outcome

Each party may use the other's approved name and logo only for this event and its factual post-event report, not to imply a wider endorsement. Personal data collected at the stand must have a lawful basis and a clear notice; the collecting party is responsible for its own list, security and retention.

## 6. Reservations and practical protections

The Trust may cancel or materially relocate for safety, legal, venue or force-majeure reasons and will refund sponsorship sums for benefits not delivered, after deducting agreed delivered costs. Either party may terminate for an uncured material breach after 10 business days' notice, and the Trust may remove material that is unlawful or materially misleading.

## 7. England and Wales law and completion

This completed fictional agreement is governed by England and Wales law. It is a sponsorship arrangement, not a charity endorsement of every Solstice product or a guarantee that the event will proceed. Notices are written and sent to the addresses above; accrued payment, confidentiality and liability provisions survive termination, subject to lawful limits.
