# HOMEWORKING AGREEMENT

Date: 8 January 2034

Parties: Juniper Analytics Ltd and Naomi Foster

## 1. Purpose and parties

Juniper Analytics Ltd of 4 Meridian Square, Manchester M1 5QA and Naomi Foster of 16 Willow Crescent, Stockport SK3 8LD enter this homeworking agreement on 8 January 2034. Naomi remains employed as a data analyst under her contract dated 14 September 2029; this agreement varies it only as stated here.

## 2. Facts, scope and terms

From 15 January 2034 Naomi will normally work from home on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and at Juniper's Manchester office on Wednesdays and Fridays. Her contractual hours remain 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch, Monday to Friday, subject to reasonable business changes and any agreed flexible-working arrangement.

## 3. Process and responsibilities

Naomi must maintain a suitable, safe and confidential workspace and comply with the employer's lawful information-security, health-and-safety and data-protection instructions. Juniper will arrange a display-screen assessment and discuss reasonable adjustments; homeworking does not remove either party's duties under the Equality Act 2010 or health-and-safety law.

## 4. Evidence, records and safeguards

Juniper will provide a laptop, monitor and headset recorded on its equipment register. Naomi must take reasonable care, use approved systems, report loss or damage promptly and return equipment on request or when employment ends. Juniper will pay the agreed broadband contribution of £20 per month and reimburse necessary business calls and pre-approved costs against receipts.

## 5. Review, escalation and outcome

Naomi will be available on Teams during working hours, attend required meetings and obtain approval before working outside the United Kingdom. She must not allow household members to view confidential material. Juniper will process location, equipment and contact information only for stated employment purposes and in accordance with its privacy information.

## 6. Reservations and practical protections

The arrangement will be reviewed on 15 April 2034 and then every six months, including workload, performance, wellbeing, office attendance and costs. Either party may request a change in writing; Juniper may reasonably require office attendance where business, supervision, training or performance needs justify it, after discussing the effect with Naomi.

## 7. England and Wales law and completion

This completed fictional agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. It is not a guarantee of permanent homeworking, does not reduce pay or contractual rights, and does not prevent a lawful disciplinary, capability or redundancy process. Both parties had an opportunity to obtain advice and will retain a signed copy.
