# IMMIGRATION SUPPORT LETTER

Date: 20 June 2029

Parties: Daniel Hughes and UK Visas and Immigration

## 1. Purpose of this letter

I, Daniel Hughes of 27 Meadow Road, Cardiff CF14 7JA, write in support of my spouse Leila Haddad’s proposed UK family-visa application. I understand this is evidence for UK Visas and Immigration and is not a visa application, sponsorship licence or decision.

## 2. Relationship and facts

Leila and I married in Cardiff on 12 February 2028 and have lived together at the address above since 1 April 2028, apart from her approved visits to Morocco. I attach a certified marriage certificate, tenancy letter and selected correspondence; originals can be produced if requested.

## 3. Support or confirmation

I will provide Leila with accommodation in the two-bedroom property and pay ordinary household costs while she establishes herself. I earn £46,800 gross as a maintenance manager at Severn Facilities Ltd and attach payslips, bank statements and an employer letter for the periods requested by the applicable Immigration Rules.

## 4. Evidence and scope

The accommodation is not overcrowded to my knowledge and the landlord has confirmed that Leila may reside there. I have no intention of charging rent. If the application is granted, Leila intends to work lawfully and contribute to household expenses when permitted, but I do not represent that an application will meet every financial, English-language or suitability requirement.

## 5. Legal reservations

The information is true to the best of my knowledge and I will notify Leila and UKVI if a material fact changes. I consent to reasonable verification with my employer and landlord. I have not provided false documents, withheld a relevant criminal or immigration fact, or asked anyone to misrepresent the relationship.

## 6. Contact and timing

I understand UKVI may require different evidence, interview either of us, or refuse the application. This letter does not create a public-funds entitlement, guarantee leave, replace a sponsor undertaking where one is required, or give immigration advice. Leila should obtain current advice from an authorised immigration adviser.

## 7. Signature and truthfulness

Please contact me at daniel.hughes@example.co.uk or 07700 900321. I sign this open support letter on 20 June 2029, attach a copy of my British passport identification page and confirm that the address and financial statements supplied are genuine copies.
