## 1. 目的と当事者
本planはNorthmoorのLeeds・Bristol officeとcloud analytics serviceをcoverします。目的はpeopleをprotectし、lawful customer serviceをmaintainし、dataをpreserveし、priority functionをrecoverすることです。Business Recovery Team（BRT）がactivationをownし、technical runbookは別のIT Disaster Recovery Planです。
## 2. 事実、範囲および条件
business-impact analysisはcustomer dashboard・data processingをcritical（RTO 4時間、RPO 1時間）、payroll・customer support・order administrationをimportant（RTO 24時間、RPO 4時間）、routine projectをRTO 72時間に分類します。critical serviceのMTPDは5日です。
## 3. processと責任
priority scenarioはransomware、cloud outage、premises loss、utility failure、supplier insolvency、mass absenceです。risk registerはlikelihood、impact、dependency、controlをrecordします。single cloud regionとkey-person dependencyはdocumented mitigationを持つresidual riskで、silently ignoreしません。
## 4. evidence、recordおよびsafeguard
Gold（Managing Director Priya Shah）がstrategic activation、Silver（Operations Director Oliver Grant、CTO Maya Shah、HR Director Helen Ward）がtacticをcoordinateし、Bronze team leadがworkaroundをrunします。Priyaのdecision、4時間のcritical outage、confirmed ransomware、premises exclusionでactivateし、managerは24-hour contact treeでescalateできます。
## 5. review、escalationおよびoutcome
activation時はstaffをaccountし、必要ならemergency serviceへcontactし、compromised systemをisolateし、insurerへnotifyし、UK GDPR・sector notificationをassessします。communicationはemergency Teams、phone tree、approved spokespersonを使い、speculationなしにfactual customer updateを出します。HRはwelfareとsafe remote-working rotaをarrangeします。
## 6. 留保と実務上のprotection
workaroundはreplicated storeからのread-only customer status、manual order log、alternate payroll、reciprocal office、approved supplier substitutionです。BRTはdecision、data loss、cost、recovery milestoneをlogします。normal returnにはsecurity approval、reconciled record、必要なcustomer notice、documented lessons reviewが必要です。
## 7. England and Walesのlawとcompletion
plan ownerはquarterlyにphone treeをtestし、年2回tabletop exerciseを行い、incident、major supplier change、annual risk assessment後にreviewします。contact detailはcontrolled registerに保管しpublic copyには記載しません。England and Wales lawを適用し、boardが2030年9月9日にapproveします。
