# CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY（CSR POLICY）

## 1. 目的と当事者
Northmoor Analytics LimitedはLeeds・Bristol operationとrelevant supply chainに本CSR policyを採用します。public commitmentとinternal controlであり、全target達成のwarrantyではありません。boardはresponsibleなcommercial decisionでcustomer、employee、supplier、community、environmentを考慮します。
## 2. 事実、範囲および条件
2028 baselineに対し、2030年までにScope 1・2 emissionを30%削減し、2040年にnet zero operationを目標としますが、annual measurementとcredible transition planが前提です。availableなら2027年までにrenewable electricityを購入し、business travelを減らし、offsetをinventせずmaterial Scope 3をreportします。
## 3. processと責任
low-waste officeを維持し、electricity・travelをmeasureし、repair、reuse、accredited recyclingをpreferします。environmental claimはevidenceとqualificationが必要で、offset購入だけで「carbon neutral」とmarketingしません。Facilities Leadがdata、assumption、missed milestoneをboardへreportします。
## 4. evidence、recordおよびsafeguard
employeeには毎年2 paid volunteering days、Employee Assistance Programme、concernをraiseするsafe routeを提供します。Real Living Wage accreditationをmaintainし、flexible workとreasonable adjustmentをsupportし、identifiable personal dataをpublishせずinclusionをmonitorします。community grantは年£25,000までです。
## 5. review、escalationおよびoutcome
supplierはforced・child labour、discrimination、safety、bribery、prompt payment、environmental complianceを含むethical-sourcing codeにsignします。Modern Slavery Act 2015 section 54 reporting thresholdにin-scopeのsupplierはappropriate statementをassessしますが、全supplierにthresholdが適用するとはclaimしません。
## 6. 留保と実務上のprotection
CSR leadはcommitmentとincidentのregisterをmaintainし、Procurementはhigher-risk supplierをauditし、Audit and Risk Committeeは年2回progressをreviewします。annual reportはmethodology、baseline、boundary、limitation、complaint、corrective actionを示し、proportionateならexternal assuranceを使います。
## 7. England and Walesのlawとcompletion
毎年reviewし、staffはgreenwashing、labour、community concernをwhistleblowingでdetrimentなくreportできます。本policyは別合意がない限りprivate employment・customer cause of actionを作りません。England and Wales lawを適用し、boardが2030年8月19日にapproveします。
