# DRIVING OFFENCE REPRESENTATION LETTER（DRIVING OFFENCE LETTER）

## 1. 目的と当事者
Ethan Coleは、18 June 2031にA417でvehicle WF21 ABCを運転した件についてNotice of Intended Prosecutionとdriver information requestにresponseします。date、vehicle、journeyをcheck後、自分がdriverだったとidentifyし、stated channelでrequired informationをreturnします。
## 2. 事実、範囲および条件
noticeはapproved cameraでのexcess speedをallegeします。legal excuseをinventせず、policeにnoticeをignoreするよう求めません。temporary worksでroad signがpartly obscuredだったと説明し、19 June撮影のphotograph、location、weather、traffic conditionをencloseします。
## 3. 手続と責任
Central Ticket Officeにrepresentationをconsiderし、proper processでcalibration・evidential materialをdiscloseし、alleged speedとlimitをconfirmするよう求めます。fixed penalty・courseがofferされればeligibilityをcheck後にdecideしますが、representationがwithdrawalをguaranteeしないと理解します。
## 4. 証拠、記録および保護措置
notice、photograph、dashcam still、mapをencloseしoriginal footageをpreserveします。footageをeditせず、witnessへevidence influenceのcontactをしません。personal dataとvehicle informationはpolice secure routeでexchangeします。
## 5. review、escalationおよびoutcome
proceedingがissueされればlegal adviceを得て、pleaをenterし、stated time内にMagistrates' Courtでevidenceをchallengeできます。requiredならreasonable adjustmentを求めます。本letterはfalse appeal promiseでも、単独のnot guilty pleaでも、licence restrictionに反するdriving authorityでもありません。
## 6. 留保と実務上の保護
road safetyをacceptしspeedとcurrent signをcheckします。driver informationをprovideしただけでoffenceをadmitせず、preferential treatmentを求めません。limitation、sentence、point、disqualification、insurance consequenceはcase-specific adviceが必要です。
## 7. England and Walesの法と完了
England and Wales criminal procedureとroad-traffic lawを適用します。Ethanは2 July 2031にdate・signし、noticeのonline portalとCentral Ticket Officeへのpostを別個のpermitted methodとして送信confirmationを保持します。
