# ENVIRONMENTAL AND SUSTAINABILITY POLICY（環境方針）

## 1. 当事者と目的
Company No. 06742190のMarlowe Foods Ltdは、Leeds bakery、office、employee、contractor、material supplierに本policyを適用します。Boardはpollution防止、resourceのresponsible use、Environment Act 2021、environmental permit、waste law、local authority requirement遵守をcommitします。
## 2. 対象・対価・範囲
baselineは2028 calendar yearのScope 1・2合計1,240 tCO2e、material Scope 3推計680 tCO2eです。2030年までにScope 1・2を42%削減し、2029年から100% renewable electricity、2045年までにvalue chain net zeroをtargetしますが、annual reviewとcredible evidenceに従います。
## 3. 実施上の義務
bakeryはheat recovery、maintenance、efficient ovenにより2030年までにtonne当たりgas・electricityを12%削減します。fleet replacementは適切ならelectric vanを優先します。wasteはprevent、reduce、reuse、recycle、recover、disposeのhierarchyに従い、food wasteは可能ならanaerobic digestionへ送りzero-landfillをannual reportします。
## 4. 法令・記録・管理
water meterをmonthly readし、2030年までにtonne当たりwaterを15%削減してabnormal useをinvestigateします。drainageとnearby habitatを保護し、consentなしにtrade effluentをdischargeせず、新siteのbiodiversity impactをassessします。spillはcontain・recordし、必要ならrelevant regulatorへreportします。
## 5. 期間・終了・救済
procurementはsupplierをemission、lawful waste handling、packaging reduction、deforestation risk、permit evidenceでscoreします。contractにcompliance、material incident information、reasonable audit co-operationを入れます。remote workが有効ならbusiness travelを避け、UK journeyはrailを優先し、cycle-to-work schemeを提供します。
## 6. 責任と留保
Sustainability Leadはemission inventory、permit register、waste transfer note、training record、corrective-action logを管理します。Boardはquarterly performanceをreviewし、該当すればSECRと整合するannual summaryをpublishします。retaliationなしにconcernをreportでき、pollution・concealment・false dataはdisciplinary misconductとなり得ます。
## 7. 準拠法と署名
Boardは2029年8月12日にpolicyをapproveしannual reviewします。明示的にincorporateしたcontractual commitmentにはイングランド法を適用しますが、mandatory environmental dutyが優先します。本policyはcontrol frameworkで全target達成のpromiseではなく、projectごとにenvironmental claim前にspecialist adviceを得ます。
