# FINANCIAL ADVISER ENGAGEMENT LETTER（FINANCIAL ADVISER ENGAGEMENT）

## 1. 目的と当事者
Harbour Financial Planning Limitedは、18 Willow Lane, Chester CH2 4JPのMichael Evansにone-off financial planning reviewを提供します。本letterはengagementだけを記録し、recommendationに従うかはMichaelが決めます。
## 2. 事実、範囲および条件
scopeは、Michaelが提供するinformationを用いたpension consolidation、ISA contribution、protection needsのreviewです。tax advice、legal advice、mortgage broking、discretionary investment management、合意fact-find外のproduct recommendationは除外します。specialist adviceが必要ならreferします。
## 3. 手続と責任
fixed planning feeは£950 plus VATで、instruction時£475、written report delivery時£475です。別途agreeしたimplementation feeはwork開始前にquoteします。本exampleはcommissionやcontingent feeをassumeしません。
## 4. 証拠、記録および保護措置
Harbourはcurrent disclosureでregulatory statusとpermissionを説明し、本letterはauthorisationをinventまたはguaranteeしません。Michaelはlawfulなwritten re-categorisationがない限りretail clientです。recommendationにはassumption、risk、charge、liquidity limit、tax caveatを記載します。
## 5. review、escalationおよびoutcome
Michaelは正確なstatement、pension information、identity documentを提供し、changeを迅速にcorrectし、vulnerabilityやaccessibility needを伝えます。Harbourはsuitability file、conflict record、communicationを保管し、engagement、law、合意provider instruction以外でdataをshareしません。
## 6. 留保と実務上の保護
complaintはCompliance Officer（complaints@harbourfp.example）へできます。Harbourはcomplaints procedureとapplicable FCA DISP periodに従って調査し、unresolvedでeligibleならtime limit内にFinancial Ombudsman Serviceへreferできます。
## 7. England and Walesの法と完了
England and Wales lawを適用します。written noticeでengagementをendでき、properly completed workのfeeを払います。post、hand delivery、emailを別個の許可service methodとし、receiptはmethodに従います。Aisha Khan DirectorとMichaelが2030年10月8日にsignします。
