## 2. 事実、scopeおよびsupporting evidence
8月6日、hotelのhalf-board restaurantで食事後にsevere vomitingとdiarrhoeaになりました。resort clinicはdehydrationをrecordしtreatmentをprescribeしました。excursionを二回missし、flight-assistance arrangementが必要でした。息子も7日にunwellとなり、その日にrepresentativeへreportしました。
## 3. request、義務およびsafeguard
incident reportを提供し、food、water、hygiene、supplier recordをinvestigateしてください。clinic note、receipt、photo、booking confirmation、witness detail、7-day symptom diaryを添付します。medical evidenceとcausationを前提にpersonal injuryとout-of-pocket lossへのreasonable responseを求めます。
## 4. record、reviewおよびcommunication
bookingはPackage Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018のpackageですが、illnessがorganiserへ法的にattributableとはassumeしません。supplier investigation、insurance detail、proposed medical examinationを示してください。settlementでは息子のclaimを区別しhis interestをprotectしてください。
## 5. time limit、escalationおよびoutcome
14日以内にcomplaintをacknowledgeし、applicable pre-action timetable以内にsubstantive responseをください。availableならappropriate ADRまたはABTA processを利用します。medical recordとreceiptをretainし、advice前にfull and final releaseへ署名しません。
## 6. 留保および実務上のprotection
本letterはdisputeをresolveする試みで、pleaded claim、admission、waiverではありません。personal injuryとcontract claimのlimitationは異なり、correspondenceがtime runningを止めるとは限りません。advice後proceeding発行とinsurerへのnotifyをする権利を留保します。
