## 6. 留保および実務上のprotection
appealをallowし、decisionをwithdrawするか、lawfulな範囲でmatterをremitしてください。immigration ruleを無視するrequestではなくmaterial errorへのchallengeです。appealとadministrative-review deadlineはstrictで本letter自体は延長せず、specialist immigration adviceを受けました。
