## 1. 目的と当事者
Northmoor Analytics Limitedは、1 November 2030からCedarbridge Consulting Limitedを通じてArun Patelが提供するserviceのclientおよびfee-payerです。本Status Determination Statementはengagementに基づくfirst payment前にCedarbridgeとArunへprovideします。
## 2. 事実、範囲および条件
determinationはengagementがoff-payroll working rulesのinsideです。company nameやinvoice methodではなく、actual termsとexpected working practiceに基づきます。lawがdeemed employerに求める範囲でNorthmoorはPAYEとemployee National Insuranceをaccountします。
## 3. 手続と責任
NorthmoorはArun本人にdata-migration designをleadし、agreed workshopに出席し、acceptance criteriaを満たすよう求めます。access credentialとclient-specific knowledgeが重要なためsubstituteはrealistically unavailableで、Northmoorのprior approvalなしに不可です。deliverableのsequenceをcontrolし、defective workをrejectできます。
## 4. 証拠、記録および保護措置
projectはdefined six-month outcomeですが、ArunはNorthmoorのpriority direction下で働き、systemを使い、team meetingに出ます。feeはmonthlyで、efficient delivery以外のprofit opportunityは乏しく、unrelated workをacceptする義務もありません。agreed projectにはmutuality of obligationがありますが、広いemploymentはpromiseしません。
## 5. review、escalationおよびoutcome
status conclusionはpersonal service、control、financial risk、integration、equipment、partyのrightとobligationをweightします。これは全purposeでArunがemployeeというfindingでも、Cedarbridgeへのtax adviceでもありません。contract、statement of work、review note、representationをretainします。
## 6. 留保と実務上の保護
CedarbridgeまたはArunは30日以内にwritten disagreementを出し、reasonとevidenceを説明できます。Northmoorはacknowledgeし、evidenceをreviewし、45日以内にconclusionとreasonをresponseします。changeならSDSをcorrectしchainへnotifyします。このclient-led processはengagement中いつでも使えます。
## 7. England and Walesの法と完了
England and Wales lawをSDSとunderlying contractに適用します。HMRCはdeterminationをexamineでき、partyはrecordを保管しlawfully cooperateします。Finance DirectorのLiam Morganが2030年10月14日にsignします。
