Wessex Bank fraud team宛て。account末尾0907のSofia Bennettです。2030年6月18日、discount laptopを広告する「Harbour Tech Outlet」のconvincing websiteに応じ、Faster Paymentでaccount 20-44-61 / 88990011へ£2,400払いました。websiteは消え、goodsは届きません。
## 2. 事実、範囲および条件
これはdeceptionでinduceされたauthorised push-payment purchase fraudで、unauthorised paymentではありません。40分以内にWessexへcontactし、URL、message、invoice、payment confirmation、receiving-account detailを提供し、fund recallとreceiving bankへのurgent contactをrequestしました。
## 3. processと責任
Action Fraudへreportしreference NF-2030-771を得て、advertのhosting platformにもnotifyしました。明確なwarningをignoreせず、dishonestでもgrossly negligentでもありません。siteはreal-looking Companies House numberとcard-style checkoutを使いました。PSRのapplicable APP reimbursement ruleとbank codeでassessしてください。
## 4. evidence、recordおよびsafeguard
immediate recallとfreeze requestを行い、receiving accountをinvestigateし、£2,400をreimburseするかprecise exclusionを説明してください。sending-bank warning、payee verification、response timelineも説明してください。bank transferではcard chargebackが適用しない可能性がありますが、全recovery routeをconsiderしてください。
## 5. review、escalationおよびoutcome
call recording、fraud-screen result、payee-check data、Faster Payments message、receiving bankとのcommunicationをpreserveしてください。screenshot、domain detail、email header、invoice、bank statement、Action Fraud referenceをencloseします。investigation-sensitive informationをdiscloseせず、suspectへtip offしないでください。
## 6. 留保と実務上のprotection
reimbursementをrejectするかapplicable eight-week period内にfinal responseがなければ、Financial Ombudsman Serviceへcomplainしreferenceを提出します。civil recoveryとpolice-report rightを留保します。Action Fraud reportはrecoveryやcriminal chargeをguaranteeしません。
