## 1. 目的と当事者
Merebrook Tools LimitedはMT-18 cordless drillとともにcustomer-facing noticeをprovideします。foreseeable misuse、instruction、commercial riskのallocationを説明しますが、UK lawがtraderまたはmanufacturerにexcludeを許さないliabilityをexcludeしません。
## 2. 事実、範囲および条件
useはmanualのmaterial、voltage、battery、duty cycleに限ります。guardをfitし、bitをinspectし、eye protectionをwearし、childrenを離し、casing・battery・chargerがdamagedならstopします。safety interlockをmodifyせずexplosive atmosphereで使いません。
## 3. 手続と責任
deliberate alteration、clear safety warning不遵守、stated condition外useだけがlossのcauseなら、courtが許す範囲でMerebrookはresponsibleではありません。ただしnegligent design、manufacture、inspection、installation、unsafe instructionは除きます。
## 4. 証拠、記録および保護措置
negligenceによるdeath・personal injury、fraud・fraudulent misrepresentation、Consumer Rights Act 2015のimplied term breach、Consumer Protection Act 1987上lawfully excludeできないliabilityをexclude・restrictしません。faulty goodsのconsumer remedyは利用できます。
## 5. review、escalationおよびoutcome
business customerはsuspected defectをreportしproductをpreserveしreasonable inspectionを許可します。Merebrookはrecall・incident processをoperateしbatch recordをkeepし、必要ならOffice for Product Safety and Standardsへnotifyします。consumerはstatutory remedyをretailerへcontactできます。
## 6. 留保と実務上の保護
noticeはwarrantyの代替ではなく、unsafe productの責任をconsumerに負わせず、unfairまたはunreasonableなcapを設けません。negotiated business limitationは別個でtransparent、reasonablenessの対象です。
## 7. England and Walesの法と完了
England and Wales lawを適用します。noticeはproductとともにsuppliedし、6 February 2031にmerebrook.example/safetyでpublishします。Compliance DirectorのDaniel Fosterがapproveし、mandatory statutory rightが優先します。
