# PRODUCT WARRANTY AGREEMENT（PRODUCT WARRANTY）

当事者： EcoGarden Tools Limitedおよびpurchasers of EcoGarden Pro products
## 1. 目的と当事者
EcoGarden Tools Limited（Company No. 12774018、4 Foundry Lane, Sheffield S2 4AA）は、UKで購入されたEcoGarden Pro electric trimmer・drillについてmanufacturer warrantyを提供します。original consumer purchaserをcoverし、commercial promiseとしてのtransferはEcoGardenがwrittenでagreeしない限りありません。
## 2. 事実、範囲および条件
warrantyはdeliveryから24か月で、normal・intended domestic use中のmaterial・workmanship defectをcoverします。model、serial number、purchase date、sellerはreceiptにあります。consumerはmanual、guard、charger、batteryをsafeに使い、inspectionを行うべきです。
## 3. processと責任
claimはsupport@ecogarden.exampleへproof of purchase、model、defect descriptionまたはvideoをemailします。合理的なinspectionならprepaid return labelをissueし、5 Business Days以内にassessし、14 Business Daysを目標にrepairまたはidentical・equivalent replacementを行います。
## 4. evidence、recordおよびsafeguard
repair・replacementがimpossible、disproportionate、unsuccessfulなら、EcoGardenはConsumer Rights Act 2015に沿いprice reductionまたはrefundをofferできます。applicableならlawful useを考慮します。本warrantyはshort-term right to reject、repair・replacement、final rejectionその他statutory consumer remedyをremoveしません。
## 5. review、escalationおよびoutcome
fair wear、expected life後のconsumable blade・battery、accidental damage、misuse、commercial use、unauthorised modification・repair、incorrect installation、manual違反、specification外のpower surge・water damageをexcludeします。lawがburdenを置く場合、EcoGardenはexclusionをproveします。
## 6. 留保と実務上のprotection
negligenceによるdeath・personal injury、fraud、law上limitできないrightへのliabilityをexcludeしません。mandatory lawを前提にbusiness saleのremote consequential lossにはliabilityを負いませんが、consumerはstatutory remedyを使え、sellerはconsumer contract上responsibleです。
## 7. England and Walesのlawとcompletion
England and Wales lawを適用します。claimはemailまたはpostというalternative methodで行え、small printでmandatory consumer protectionをdefeatしません。EcoGarden Customer Care Directorが2030年8月1日に本versionへ署名します。
