## 1. 目的と当事者
私はAmira Khan、14 Larch Walk, Hereford HR2 7LTのsecure tenantで、tenancyは2018年6月1日付です。本council propertyについてRight to Buy application packと正しいrouteの確認をrequestします。
## 2. 事実、範囲および条件
public-sector tenancyを5年以上、West Mercia Councilで2年、以前のhousing associationでのqualifying serviceを含めて保持しています。spouseのDaniel Khanは12か月同居しており、statutory conditionを満たせばincludeできます。
## 3. 手続と責任
propertyがeligibleか、exclusionまたはpreserved-right issue、qualifying tenancy record、current maximum discountをconfirmしてください。discountはqualifying tenancy、property type、statutory limitで決まり、guaranteed priceやmortgage availabilityをassertしません。

purchaseにはSDLT、conveyancing cost、future service charge、repair obligationがあり、applicable period内のresaleはdiscount repaymentやpre-emption requirementをtriggerし得ると理解します。leasehold purchaseはfreehold ownershipと異なります。

accessible contactを提供し、refusalやvaluation disputeのappeal・review routeを説明してください。personal dataはtenancy recordと照合しapplicationに使いますが、disclosureはlawful purposeに限定します。
## 7. England and Walesの法と完了
England and Wales lawを適用します。本letterへのacknowledgementはpostまたはemailを別個の許可methodとして、上記addressのAmiraへ送ってください。Amiraが2030年11月12日にsignします。
