## 6. 権利と救済
online service停止時は、許される場合にmanual checkまたはHome Office Landlord Checking Service routeが必要です。check不通過だけではtenancy dispute、immigration appeal、criminal liabilityを決めず、specialist adviceとcurrent Home Office guidanceが必要なことがあります。
## 7. 記録と署名
本recordはOakmere compliance managerのHannah Priceが署名し、Farahが2029年5月10日に確認します。statutory period保存後、別のlawful retention basisがない限り安全に廃棄します。
