# SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATION AGREEMENT（SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATION契約）

当事者： Sunward Energy Solutions LimitedおよびPriya Desai
## 1. 当事者と目的
15 Enterprise Park, Reading RG2 0AAのSunward Energy Solutions Limited（Company No. 12840119、Installer）は、26 Orchard Rise, Reading RG1 6HTのPriya Desai（Homeowner）と、同所へ4.8 kWp rooftop solar PV systemと5.2 kWh batteryをsupply・installします。
## 2. 対象・対価・範囲
fixed priceはVAT込み12,960ポンドで、acceptance時500、survey後6,230、commissioning時6,230を払います。specificationにはpanel 12枚、inverter、battery、scaffolding、cabling、monitoring app、packaging removal、DNO notificationを記します。roof strengtheningやasbestos workはseparate quoteとPriyaのapprovalが必要です。
## 3. 実施上の義務
Sunwardはroofをsurveyし、savingをguaranteeせずforecast generationを説明し、competent installationを手配し、必要ならDistribution Network Operator approvalを求めます。MCS documentation、electrical certificate、commissioning data、export-tariff informationを渡します。Priyaはaccessを与え、roof defectをdiscloseし、必要ならmortgagee・planning consentを取ります。
## 4. 権利・記録・法令遵守
Sunwardはworkmanshipを5年間、panelをmanufacturer termによる25年performance、inverterを10年、batteryを10年またはstated cycle limitまでwarrantします。defectをreasonable timeでcorrectし、after-care contact detailを提供します。Priyaはsystemをalterせず、warranty workでunapproved installerを使いません。
## 5. 期間・終了・救済
InstallerはBuilding Regulations、electrical safety requirement、MCS standard、consumer-protection law、waste ruleを守ります。2 millionポンドpublic-liability insuranceを持ち、Priyaのpersonal dataをUK GDPRでprotectします。equipmentはfull paymentまでSunward propertyですが、safe deliveryでriskがpassし、titleがtransferします。
## 6. 責任と留保
Priyaにはapplicable Consumer Contracts Regulationsのcancellation rightがあり、その期間のinstallationをrequestした場合、cancel前にproperly performedしたproportionだけ払います。いずれもuncured material breachでterminateできます。Sunwardはreasonable installation damageをmake goodし、Priyaはapproved extra workを払います。
## 7. 準拠法と署名
本契約はEngland and Wales lawに準拠し、そのcourtsがjurisdictionを持ちます。PriyaとSunwardのdirector Alex Mooreはspecification、total price、cancellation information、MCS status、complaint routeを受けて2030年2月3日に署名します。forecastはenergy savingまたはgrid-export incomeのguaranteeではありません。
