# UNIVERSITY ACADEMIC COMPLAINT AND APPEAL LETTER（UNIVERSITY COMPLAINT）

## 1. 目的と当事者
Westbridge University Academic Appeals Office宛て。student number WB22194、second-year LLB studentのNoah Morganです。2030年5月2日にreleaseされたLAW2001 Contract Lawの38% markと、mitigating-circumstances applicationをconsiderしなかったことをcomplaint・appealします。
## 2. 事実、範囲および条件
grandmotherはexamの2週間前、3月15日に死亡しました。death certificateとGP letterを添え、published policyに基づきconsiderするようuniversity formを3月18日にsubmitし、reference MC-118を得ました。year averageは68%ですが、渡されたboard recordにはMC-118のdiscussionがありません。
## 3. processと責任
ground oneはproceduralです。Academic Regulationsはevidenced applicationをconsiderしてからfailをrecordするよう求めます。ground twoはfactualで、assessor reportはscriptにないanswerを私のものとし、encloseしたchronologyをignoreします。fair remedyはfresh assessmentまたはpermitted deferralで、自動passではありません。
## 4. evidence、recordおよびsafeguard
mark sheet、transcript、MC form、death certificate、GP letter、email、exam script access note、relevant regulationをencloseします。board minutes、moderation note、appeal recordをpreserveしてください。necessary UK GDPR processingにはconsentしますが、他studentのdata開示にはconsentしません。
## 5. review、escalationおよびoutcome
published stage-one academic appealとしてregisterし、independent reviewerをappointし、decision中はprogression・resit consequenceをsuspendしてください。reasoned written outcomeと、成功時record correctionを求めます。adviserとのmeetingとimpartial re-markには応じます。
## 6. 留保と実務上のprotection
providerのinternal reviewとfinal appeal stageを終えてから、Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Educationへexternal complaintをconsiderします。OIAはprovider process完了後のrouteで、University自身のassessment appealの代わりではありません。本letterはacademic misconductをallegeしません。
