# WEDDING SERVICES AGREEMENT（WEDDING業務契約）

当事者： Willow & Veil Events Limited, Sophie TurnerおよびMarcus Reed
## 1. 当事者と目的
4 Crescent Parade, Cheltenham GL50 3PEのWillow & Veil Events Limited（Company No. 11273018、Planner）は、16 Ash Road, Gloucester GL1 4PNのSophie TurnerとMarcus Reed（Couple）から、2030年6月14日にThe Orangery, Painswickで行うweddingを依頼されます。
## 2. 対象・対価・範囲
£8,400 packageには、planning meeting 2回、supplier shortlist、budget tracker、ceremony timetable、venue walk-through、wedding day 10:00–22:00のcoordination、post-event supplier reconciliationを含みます。VAT込みbooking payment £1,680をsigning時、£3,360を2029年12月14日、£3,360を2030年5月14日に払います。
## 3. 実施上の義務
Plannerはcaterer、florist、photographerをrecommendできますが、明示的にauthoriseされない限りagentとしてcontractしません。Coupleはsupplier appointmentをapproveし、supplierへの責任を負います。substitutionはcomparableなものとし、合理的に可能ならagreeします。commissionまたはreferral feeはappointment前にdiscloseします。
## 4. 権利・記録・法令遵守
CoupleはSchedule 1の日付までに正確なguest number、dietary、access informationを提供し、ceremony permissionを取得し、venue ruleに従います。Plannerはwritten budgetを保護し、consentなしにidentifiable photographをmarketingに使いません。
## 5. 期間・終了・救済
Coupleがeventの180日より前にcancelするとbooking paymentの£840を失います。90–180日前はtotal feeの50%、90日以内はworkとcommitted costのreasonable proportion（total feeを上限）を払います。venueとPlannerがavailableなら12か月以内に一度rescheduleできます。
## 6. 責任と留保
Plannerがillnessまたはforce majeureで参加できないときは、suitably qualified replacementまたはundelivered partのrefundを提案します。supplierの別個のbreachには責任を負いませんが、reasonableにassistします。Consumer Rights Act 2015 right、negligenceによるdeath・injury、その他non-excludable rightはlimitしません。
## 7. 準拠法と署名
本契約はEngland and Wales lawに準拠し、そのcourtsがjurisdictionを持ちます。Sophie、Marcus、Plannerのdirector Hannah Coleは2029年8月2日に署名します。Coupleはprice、cancellation、supplier informationを受け、質問する時間を得てから署名したことをconfirmします。
