# SENIOR COMPLIANCE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Date: 10 October 2030

Parties: Northmoor Analytics Limited and the Senior Compliance Manager role

## 1. Purpose and parties

Role: Senior Compliance Manager; department: Risk and Governance; location: Bristol with hybrid working. The role reports to the General Counsel and manages two compliance analysts, with no authority to give legal advice on behalf of the company.

## 2. Facts, scope and terms

The postholder maintains the regulatory obligations register, coordinates risk assessments, tests key controls, prepares board reporting and supports incident response. They will lead policy training, monitor remedial actions and escalate material concerns without suppressing an inconvenient finding.

## 3. Process and responsibilities

The person specification is five years' relevant compliance experience, strong written analysis, proportionate judgement, confidentiality and the ability to work with technical teams. A professional qualification is desirable, not an automatic requirement; reasonable adjustments will be considered.

## 4. Evidence, records and safeguards

The salary band is £72,000–£86,000, paid monthly, with eligibility for the discretionary annual bonus scheme. The band is not a promise of a particular salary or bonus. Normal hours are 37.5 per week; travel, home working and occasional out-of-hours incident support are subject to the employment contract and working-time law.

## 5. Review, escalation and outcome

Success measures after six months are a current register, 95% completion of assigned control testing, board reports delivered to timetable and evidence that training reaches relevant staff. These measures support management and do not replace a fair capability or performance process.

## 6. Reservations and practical protections

This document describes the role and is non-contractual except where the signed employment contract expressly incorporates a term. The company may reasonably amend duties following consultation, but cannot use this document to remove statutory rights or secretly vary core contractual terms.

## 7. England and Wales law and completion

England and Wales law applies to the employment relationship. The approved version is dated 10 October 2030; the offer letter and statement of employment particulars take precedence if inconsistent. Priya Shah, General Counsel, approves this description.
