# LONG-SERVICE AWARD LETTER

Date: 6 May 2025

Parties: From: Riverside Catering Group Ltd, 5 Market Lane, Oxford OX1 3AB, to employee Amira Hassan, 22 Willow Road, Oxford OX2 7DE.

## 1. Service confirmation

Dear Amira, our records show continuous employment from 12 May 2015, making 12 May 2025 your tenth anniversary. If you identify a factual error in that record, please tell HR by 16 May; this letter does not decide any disputed employment status.

## 2. Award and payroll

The board approved a £750 gross award. Payroll will process it on 30 May 2025 with May salary, subject to deductions required by law and normal payroll controls. The net amount cannot be promised in advance.

## 3. Contribution recognised

As Events Supervisor, you coordinated 184 events recorded from June 2024 to April 2025, including the 18 April 2025 Oxford Guild dinner, for which the safety log records no reportable incident. We recognise that record without suggesting one person alone caused every result.

## 4. Nature and boundaries

This is a discretionary recognition payment under the 2025 staff recognition policy. It is not a contractual bonus, does not create an entitlement to another award, and does not alter pay, duties, holiday, notice or pension terms. The policy and applicable law govern administration.

## 5. Thanks and execution

Thank you for your care and leadership. Please contact HR if the payment is absent from the 30 May payslip; Riverside will investigate rather than assume a tax or payroll error. Signed for Riverside by James Cole, Finance Director, 6 May 2025. Current tax and employment rules should be verified.
