# MEDIA LICENSING AGREEMENT

Parties: Blue Lantern Films Ltd and Northstar Broadcast plc
## 1. Purpose and parties
Blue Lantern Films Ltd grants Northstar Broadcast plc a non-exclusive licence to broadcast the documentary River at Dawn in the United Kingdom and Ireland from 1 September 2036 to 31 August 2039. Copyright and all rights outside the licensed scope remain with Blue Lantern.
## 2. Facts, scope and terms
Northstar may make technical edits and short promotional extracts but may not materially alter the documentary, sublicense it or use the footage in advertising for another product. It must display the agreed director and production credits where technically practicable.
