# OUTPLACEMENT SUPPORT LETTER

Parties: Northmoor Engineering Ltd and Aisha Khan
## 1. Addressee and subject
To Aisha Khan from Northmoor Engineering Ltd. Subject: outplacement support during the proposed redundancy process. This offer is dated 22 July 2038 and accompanies, but does not replace, the consultation about the Project Coordinator role.
## 2. Proposed timetable and funding
The role is proposed to end on 30 September 2038. Northmoor will fund up to £2,400 of CareerBridge services, provided the expenditure is authorised and supported by the provider's invoice or other suitable evidence.
## 3. Services and access period
The funded package contains six coaching sessions, a CV review and two interview workshops. Aisha may use it until 31 December 2038; she may propose another provider, but must obtain Northmoor's written approval before incurring that alternative cost.
## 4. Legal and consultation position
The offer is separate from any redundancy entitlement and is not a payment in lieu of notice. It does not predetermine the consultation outcome, amount to a dismissal notice or restrict Aisha's statutory rights; the parties should continue to consult in good faith.
## 5. Acceptance and records
Aisha should tell HR by 5 August 2038 whether she wishes to use CareerBridge and retain appointment confirmations and invoices. Northmoor will confirm the booking route and payment process in writing. For Northmoor Engineering Ltd, HR, 22 July 2038.
