# PET SITTING AGREEMENT
Date: 14 September 2029
Parties: Oak Tree Pet Care and Hannah Morgan
## 1. Parties and purpose
Oak Tree Pet Care, a sole trader operated by Noah Evans of 3 Park View, Oxford OX3 8JL, will care for Hannah Morgan's tabby cat, Pip, microchip ending 4108, while Hannah is away from 4 to 15 October 2029. Hannah lives at 62 Meadow Lane, Oxford OX2 8PU.
## 2. Scope, price and subject
Noah will make one 30-minute visit each morning and evening, feed Pip the measured food in Schedule 1, refresh water, clean the litter tray, administer the labelled thyroid medicine and send a daily update. The fee is £28 per day plus a £12 key-handling charge, payable by BACS before 4 October.
## 3. Operating duties
Hannah provides two working keys, alarm instructions, vet details and an emergency contact. Noah keeps keys separately labelled, does not copy them, locks the property after every visit and returns them by hand or recorded post within two Business Days. No other person may enter without Hannah's consent except emergency services.
## 4. Rights, records and compliance
If Pip appears ill or injured, Noah first calls Hannah, then emergency contact Aisha Khan. If neither responds, Noah may authorise necessary treatment at Oak Vets up to £500; Hannah remains responsible for veterinary charges. Noah records the decision and follows the vet's instructions.
## 5. Term, ending and remedies
Hannah must disclose aggression, illness, medication and escape risks. Noah holds £1 million public-liability cover and takes reasonable care, but is not liable for a pre-existing condition, undisclosed risk or vet decision made in good faith. Hannah indemnifies Noah for third-party claims caused by Pip except to the extent caused by Noah's negligence.
## 6. Liability and reservations
Hannah may cancel without charge more than seven days before the booking, 50% within seven days and the full fee after the first visit, less costs saved. Noah may terminate immediately for an unsafe property or welfare concern and will arrange an emergency handover where reasonably possible.
## 7. Governing law and signatures
England and Wales law governs and its courts have jurisdiction. Hannah and Noah sign on 14 September 2029, confirming the visit schedule, payment, keys, emergency authority and contact details. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
