# PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE

Parties: Bristol Makers Festival CIC and Jamie Foster
## 1. Parties and purpose
Bristol Makers Festival CIC of 12 Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6DZ may record Jamie Foster of 44 Redland Road, Bristol BS6 6YE at the festival on 2 November 2029. Jamie is an adult participant and signs for themself.
## 2. Money and rights
Jamie grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use their photograph, voice and recorded interview in the Festival's website, social channels, annual report, press releases and non-paid event promotion for the Festival's educational and charitable purposes.
## 3. Duties and operation
The Festival may edit for length, caption, crop or combine the material with other footage, but must not use it in a misleading, defamatory or political endorsement context. Jamie's name may be credited as “Jamie Foster” unless Jamie requests “no name”.
## 4. Consent and management
The licence lasts for five years from the event and then permits the Festival to retain archival copies. It does not transfer ownership of Jamie's pre-existing work, and Jamie does not waive moral rights except to the extent a written waiver is legally effective.
## 5. Ending and remedies
Jamie may withdraw consent by writing to media@bristolmakersfestival.example before publication where reasonably practicable. Withdrawal does not require recall of printed material, undo lawful historic publication or affect footage already licensed to third parties in good faith.
## 6. Legal reservations
The Festival will store media securely, follow its privacy notice and apply safeguarding controls. It will not sell Jamie's identifiable image to an unrelated advertiser or use it for facial-recognition training; a separate release is required for commercial sponsorship use.
## 7. Signatures
This release is governed by England and Wales law. Jamie confirms the permission is voluntary, has had an opportunity to ask questions, and receives no payment other than the event participation. The Festival signs through its authorised producer.
