Account registration data is used to create and secure accounts and is retained while the account is active and ordinarily for seven years afterward where needed for legal records. Order and payment records are used to fulfil purchases, prevent fraud and meet tax obligations. Enquiry records are used to answer requests and improve support. Website analytics are used in aggregated form to understand service performance.

12. Sources and recipients

We collect information directly from individuals, their authorised representatives, devices used to access our site and business partners where lawful. Sample recipients include our cloud hosting provider, payment processor, email delivery provider, accountants, legal advisers and regulators. We do not sell personal information for money.

13. Automated decisions and children
