# PROBATIONARY REVIEW LETTER
Date: 21 March 2031
Parties: Northmoor Analytics Limited and Jamie Bell
## 1. Purpose and parties
Jamie Bell's six-month probation as Customer Operations Analyst ends on 31 March 2031. Northmoor has reviewed his onboarding objectives, ticket-quality samples, attendance and feedback from 1 January to 15 March, and writes this outcome after the review meeting on 18 March.
## 2. Facts, scope and terms
The review found strong customer empathy and reliable attendance, but repeated data-entry errors and late escalation of two priority tickets. Jamie explained that the ticketing workflow changed without a clear training session; the manager accepts that context and does not rely on anonymous criticism alone.
## 3. Process and responsibilities
Northmoor extends probation to 30 June 2031, subject to Jamie's agreement to the contractual variation. The support plan provides a named mentor, two workflow sessions, weekly sample checking and a 95% accurate-ticket target, with reasonable adjustments considered for any disability.
## 4. Evidence, records and safeguards
Jamie will receive a written check-in on 18 April and 23 May, may comment on evidence and may bring a companion to a formal meeting where applicable. HR keeps the scoring sheet, training attendance and responses securely, corrects factual errors and limits access to those administering the process.
## 5. Review, escalation and outcome
At the end of the extension Northmoor may confirm appointment, extend only where lawful and agreed, or take a fair capability process that may result in dismissal for a fair reason. Probation does not remove statutory notice, discrimination, whistleblowing or other employment rights, and dismissal is not automatic.
## 6. Reservations and practical protections
Jamie may appeal factual errors or an unfair process to the Operations Director within five working days. This letter is not a finding of misconduct; it is a performance decision based on the stated evidence and gives Jamie a chance to improve.
## 7. England and Wales law and completion
England and Wales law applies. The letter is sent by hand, post and HR email as separate permitted methods on 21 March 2031. Priya Shah signs for Northmoor; Jamie signs acknowledgment of receipt, not necessarily agreement.
