# RELOCATION ASSISTANCE LETTER

## 1. Confirmation and subject
To Lewis Grant from Orchard Bio plc. Subject: relocation assistance for the Senior Scientist appointment. This 20 June 2038 letter confirms the agreed financial support and is not a guarantee that every moving expense will be reimbursed.
## 2. Move and eligible costs
Lewis is moving from Leeds to Cambridge for the role beginning 1 August 2038. Orchard will reimburse approved estate-agent fees, removal costs and temporary accommodation, up to an aggregate ceiling of £8,000, when each item is supported by appropriate evidence.
## 3. Claim process and payment
A separate claim must be submitted within 60 days after each expense, with receipts and the approval record. Orchard will process an accepted claim through payroll, subject to applicable tax treatment and any lawful deduction; payroll will explain how the payment is recorded.
## 4. Repayment condition
If Lewis resigns or is dismissed for conduct within 12 months after the move, the proposed repayment is 100% during months 1–6 and 50% during months 7–12. Any recovery requires written agreement and must comply with applicable law; the letter does not authorise an unagreed deduction.
## 5. Status and acknowledgement
