# REMOTE WORK AGREEMENT

Date: 3 April 2025

Parties: Employer: Calder & Moss Analytics Ltd, 18 King Street, Leeds LS1 2AB. Employee: Naomi Carter, 7 Rowan Avenue, Leeds LS6 3PT.

## 1. Scope and location

Calder & Moss approves the home office above for Naomi's data-analysis duties. No other location, including a café or overseas address, is approved without written consent. Naomi will keep the workspace reasonably suitable and notify the company of a material change.

## 2. Hours and attendance

Naomi will work the stated hours and attend the Leeds office each Wednesday, unless her manager Priya Shah agrees an alternative in writing. Client meetings, training or a reasonable business need may require additional attendance with reasonable notice. Overtime still requires prior authorisation.

## 3. Equipment and expenses

The company provides a Lenovo ThinkPad T14, Dell 24-inch monitor, keyboard and headset, recorded on handover dated 11 April 2025. Naomi must take reasonable care and return them within five working days after employment ends. The company pays £35 per month toward broadband and reimburses pre-approved business expenses under its policy; ordinary household costs are not otherwise promised.

## 4. Security and health

Naomi will follow the Information Security Policy, use the company VPN and lock the screen, keep company information away from household members, and report a loss or breach to IT within 24 hours. She will complete the display-screen assessment by 14 April and report hazards; Calder & Moss will assess reported risks and may arrange a home visit by agreement.

## 5. Review, withdrawal and execution

Either party may request an earlier review. The company may require office attendance on four weeks' written notice where reasonably necessary, subject to any applicable consultation and contractual rights; this clause is not a guarantee of withdrawal or outcome. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. Signed for Calder & Moss by Priya Shah, HR Director, and by Naomi Carter on 3 April 2025. Current law and policies should be checked.
