# RETURN TO OFFICE NOTICE

Date: 15 April 2025

Parties: Employer: Fenwick Digital Ltd, 40 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4QP. Employee: Daniel Wu, Product Manager, 12 Hazel Road, Bristol BS7 8LA.

## 1. Proposed change

This notice proposes two regular office days each week at 40 Queen Square from 2 June 2025, with remote work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The ordinary hours remain 9:00–17:00. It is a proposal and not, by itself, a variation or instruction taking effect today.

## 2. Reason and evidence

The product team review of 28 March 2025 recorded delayed handovers and three missed in-person design workshops in February and March. Fenwick considers regular co-location may help, but recognises that evidence does not make the proposal inevitable and will consider Daniel's response.

## 3. Consultation invitation

Daniel may meet HR manager Grace Patel by 29 April 2025 and provide written comments by 2 May. He may raise travel, caring, health, disability, religious or other relevant circumstances. Fenwick will consider reasonable adjustments and any applicable consultation and contractual requirements before deciding.

## 4. Interim arrangements and support

Until written confirmation of a decision, the 2024 arrangement continues. Daniel should attend the already-booked 24 April workshop, and Fenwick will consider travel costs under its policy. No disciplinary consequence follows merely from making a genuine representation; attendance expectations after a final decision will be communicated clearly.

## 5. Decision, review and signature

Fenwick aims to confirm its decision by 16 May 2025, but this date is indicative and does not predetermine the result. Any decision may be reviewed under the grievance or other applicable procedure; current law, contract, forms and deadlines must be checked. Signed for Fenwick by Grace Patel, HR Manager, 15 April 2025.
