# RIGHT TO WORK DECLARATION
Date: 1 April 2031
Parties: Northmoor Analytics Limited and Elena Rossi
## 1. Purpose and parties
Elena Rossi completes this declaration for Northmoor Analytics Limited before starting as a Data Quality Specialist on 7 April 2031. She states that she believe she has the right to work in the proposed role and gives the name, date of birth and current contact details needed for the employer's check.
## 2. Facts, scope and terms
Elena presents her Italian passport and provides a share code generated for a right-to-work check. Northmoor records the date, reference, checker and result of the online Home Office check, including any time-limited permission and follow-up date. It does not rely on this signed declaration alone.
## 3. Process and responsibilities
The HR checker must use the prescribed digital or document route applicable to Elena, check that the photograph and identity correspond, save the dated evidence securely and complete a follow-up check before permission expires. A copied document is not accepted merely because Elena says it is genuine.
## 4. Evidence, records and safeguards
Elena must tell HR promptly if her immigration permission, name or contact details change and must not work outside any restriction. Northmoor processes the information for recruitment, right-to-work compliance and lawful employment administration, limiting access and retention in line with its privacy notice.
## 5. Review, escalation and outcome
A false declaration may be investigated as a conduct matter, but Northmoor will not decide status from suspicion or discriminate because of nationality. If the check produces an unresolved error, HR will give Elena a fair opportunity to clarify and will seek the Home Office employer checking service where appropriate.
## 6. Reservations and practical protections
This form does not grant immigration permission, replace a prescribed check, guarantee continued employment or authorise work before the check is completed. Northmoor records the actual check outcome separately and reviews the follow-up date.
## 7. England and Wales law and completion
England and Wales law applies, including the Immigration Act 2014 right-to-work scheme. The declaration is signed on 1 April 2031 by Elena and the HR checker; hand, post and secure HR portal are separate permitted delivery methods.
