# VOLUNTARY REDUNDANCY APPLICATION

Date: 15 July 2038

Parties: James Wilson and Northfield Print Ltd

## 1. Addressee and application

To the HR Director, Northfield Print Ltd. Subject: James Wilson's application for voluntary redundancy under the scheme announced on 1 July 2038. This application is dated 15 July 2038 and is conditional on the Company's written acceptance.

## 2. Employment chronology

James has worked as Production Supervisor since 12 March 2019 and his current annual salary is £46,500. He proposes 31 August 2038 as the last day, but that date is a request only and does not itself end his employment.

## 3. Requested calculation

Please confirm whether the application will be accepted and provide the proposed redundancy payment, treatment of accrued holiday and notice arrangements. Please also explain the pension consequences and show the basis of any calculation, subject to lawful deductions and the scheme terms.

## 4. Consultation and evidence

James understands that selection is not automatic, that Northfield must consult fairly, and that approval may depend on operational requirements. He can provide his contract, payslips and leave record, and asks for a written response by 31 July 2038 if practicable.

## 5. Continuing status and signature

Until written confirmation, James remains available for work and will follow reasonable instructions. This application does not waive statutory or contractual rights and is not an agreement to a termination date. Signed, James Wilson, 15 July 2038.
